Terms & Conditions
Effective 14 September 2026 · Applies to the SafeSupply mobile app and safesupply.site (together, the "Service")
1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Jason Decaux trading as Indrevo (ABN 21 979 134 918), New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the Service.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 17 years old to use SafeSupply. The Service discusses drug-related harm reduction topics and is rated 17+ in app stores. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. What SafeSupply is — and is not
SafeSupply is a harm reduction information tool. It does not condone, encourage, or facilitate the use of illegal substances. The safest choice is always not to use drugs. Information provided is for educational and harm reduction purposes only. SafeSupply is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are in danger, call emergency services immediately.
- Alerts summarise reports published by third-party drug-checking services and health agencies. We do not test substances ourselves. Alerts may be incomplete, delayed or contain errors originating from source data, and the absence of an alert never indicates that any substance is safe.
- The scanner provides probabilistic visual identification only. Visually identical pills can contain entirely different substances. Scanner output is an informational aid, never a determination of content, purity or safety.
- The buddy timer depends on your device, network availability and your nominated contact. It is a convenience feature, not an emergency service, and must never be relied on as a substitute for emergency assistance.
- The distress alert (SOS) notifies only the personal contacts you selected and depends on phone signal, location accuracy, and your contacts' devices being on and reachable. It is not connected to police, ambulance or any emergency dispatch service. In a life-threatening situation, call your local emergency number first — the SOS screen surfaces that number precisely so you can.
- Nothing in the Service is medical, legal or professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to arrange, facilitate or conduct the supply of any substance; not to post unlawful, false or harmful content; not to attempt to identify other users; not to interfere with, reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Service; and not to use the Service where doing so is unlawful. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
5. Accounts and subscriptions
- The free tier requires no account. Premium requires an account (email) and a subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their payment terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the relevant store under its policies, and nothing in these Terms limits any statutory refund rights you hold, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account) or via safesupply.site/delete-account.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, design and content (excluding third-party source data and your own content), is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices. Your journal entries and reports remain yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the features you use.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and for any loss arising from reliance on alerts, scanner output, timer functionality, or the acts or omissions of third-party data sources. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our election, to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply, and in any case our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of AUD $50 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or on this page before taking effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for breach, legal necessity or discontinuation of the product, with reasonable notice where practicable. Clauses which by their nature survive termination (including 6–8 and 11) survive.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via admin@safesupply.site. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in force.
